Grading, drainage, site prep and land clearing
Most of the wet-basement, washed-out-driveway and dying-lawn calls we get are a grading problem wearing a different costume — water is being sent toward the house instead of away from it. We do the machine work that fixes it: regrading and reshaping, drainage and drywells, trenching, footings and site prep for patios, walls, additions and driveways, plus land and brush clearing on overgrown lots. Small enough to work a residential back yard, equipped enough to move real material.
Our Process
Read the Water
We find where the water actually goes in a storm — the fix follows the grade, not the symptom.
Mark & Protect
Utilities marked before a bucket goes in the ground, and access routes matted so the lawn survives the machine.
Cut & Fill
Material moved, drainage set at the right pitch, base compacted in lifts rather than dumped in one.
Restore
Finish-graded, topsoiled and seeded, and the site left clean rather than rutted.
