Trimming, removals, stumps and storm damage
Fairfield County is heavily wooded and the trees here are old, which is a good problem until a limb is hanging over a roof or a nor'easter puts one across a driveway. We handle trimming and crown work to keep growth off structures and let light back onto a lawn, take down trees that are dead, leaning or too close to a building, grind the stumps out so the ground can be seeded or planted, and clear storm damage. Everything comes off the property — brush, limbs and chips — rather than being stacked at the back of the lot.
Our Process
Assess
We look at the lean, the deadwood and what is underneath it, and tell you plainly whether it needs trimming or removal.
Plan the Drop
Rigging, the drop zone and where the truck sits get worked out first — that is what protects the lawn, the fence and the roof.
Cut & Rig
Sectional take-downs where there is no room to fell, so nothing swings into what is next to it.
Clear the Site
Stump ground out if you want it gone, everything hauled away, and the ground raked back the way it was.
